Furniture Designer

Duncan Young is a Melbourne born furniture maker based out of JamFactory in Adelaide. Having begun his exploration into timber as a climbing arborist, Duncan works to immerse himself in the full journey a tree takes to become a piece of fine furniture. He is conscious of the waste involved in the production of timber products and is interested in exploring means of creating timber products in a more thoughtful and ecologically appropriate manner.
